
Caraway Rye
Our rye is naturally leavened (sourdough) and includes caraway seeds.
We include a mix of flours with a majority of fresh milled rye, some fresh milled whole wheat, and bread flour to round out the dough and give it some loft. This yields a softer and less dense bread while keeping the rye flavor at the forefront.
The rye contains some honey so isn’t strictly vegan.
You can grab a loaf every Tuesday at the bakery.
