Country Loaf

The Country Loaf is a French “commoners” bread. Not a bad place to be a commoner for bread lovers! Naturally leavened, 20% fresh milled whole wheat, and a darker crust for deeper flavor.

This loaf is big, for massive sandwiches, or to keep bread on the table for the week.
